Shipping & delivery

National Shipments (Peninsula & Balearic Islands)

Depending on the availability and location of the product, delivery may oscillate between 3 to 6 business days, as long as the reception of the order takes place before 1:30 p.m. Delivery schedule is from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday according to the delivery route.

 

International Shipments & Canary Islands

We sell & ship to all European countries. For extra-community orders, please contact shop@perfectbalance.training and we will write you back with exact shipping costs and we will indicate estimated time of delivery depending on the reception country.

 

When will my order be delivered? 
As soon as we received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Once the goods are shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number so you can track your order.

In most cases, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. If for certain items the delivery time is longer, you will receive a specific delivery date by e-mail.

* Orders are shipped within one business day after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday at the latest.

In case your purchase is made in a public holiday, your order will be shipped during the next business day.

 

I made a mistake in my shipping information, what do I do? 
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information please email us immediately with your name, order number and the address revision to prevent any shipping delays or your package being returned to sender.
