• Is there latex or pvc in our mats?

    No. Equilibrium mats are 100% latex and PVC-free! In addition, the Initia Marble collection mats have the Standard 100 Certificate by OEKO-TEX® which guarantees that they comply with quality standards worldwide.
  • Our mats absorbs sweat and moisture?

    Our mats are made of closed-cell structure materials, meaning that will never absorb sweat and moisture, where other mats might. If you sweat regularly in your practice we recommend to considering use a yoga towel on top to keep the mat dry and your practice in place.
  • What are our mats made of?

    Our mats are made of expanded dynamic polymers. The mats of the new Natura collection incorporates natural elements such as algae or cork between its components. We are proud of formulating in house with high-quality ingredients to achieve engineered materials providing our mats with the best advantages for your daily practice.  
  • Where are our mats made?

    Our mats are fully designed and manufactured in Spain. We are in compliance with all European environmental, labor and consumer protection laws.

  • How do I get my mat to lie flat?

    When unwrapping your mat for the first time or if stored your mat rolled up, try rolling it with the top side facing it outwards. Also keep the corners of the mat flat when practicing.
  • Do I need a towel on my mat in a hot class?

    The use of a towel in class is purely a personal preference. Adding a towel to our mat will prevent some slipping as well as sweat absorbency, while enjoying the added cushioning of our mat.

  • Which side of the mat should I use?

    Top and bottom of our mats are clearly differenced by its texture. Also top layer has Equilibrium logo on it.
  • How do I know which thickness and mat dimension I need?

    Check out the product descriptions on the shop area of our website to see the different options of each thickness and dimension available.
  • Can I return or exchange my purchase?

    EQUILIBRIUM wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. In case you want to return your purchase, the product needs to be in its original packaging and within 10 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are considered to your own expenses.

  • What if my item is defective?

    Mistakes sometimes happen but we’re more than happy to fix them. Please write us directly to customerservice@perfectbalance.training and we will take care of returning it to us and replace your purchase or refund it immediately.

  • Product care recommendations

    We recommend you to clean your mat gently after practices by wipe it down with a damp cloth and let the mat air dry before rolling up again and using. For deeper cleaning, you can use a diluted solution of 10:1 water to vinegar or use any of the all-purpose mat washes available in the market following their instructions.

    Do not machine wash or dry.

  • I made a mistake in my shipping information, what do I do?

    If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information please email us immediately with your name, order number and the address revision to prevent any shipping delays or your package being returned to sender.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    As soon as we received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Once the goods are shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number so you can track your order. In most cases, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. If for certain items the delivery time is longer, you will receive a specific delivery date by e-mail. * Orders are shipped within one business day after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday at the latest. In case your purchase is made in a public holiday, your order will be shipped during the next business day. * Shipments and deliveries during holidays: Orders placed after August 13th will be delivered from August 25th
  • National shipments (Peninsula & Balearic Islands)

    Delivery time is normally 1 business day. Depending on the availability and location of the product, delivery may oscillate between 1 to 4 business days. Delivery schedule is from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday according to the delivery route.



  • International shipments & Canary Islands

    We sell & ship to all European countries. Please contact for international orders to customerservice@perfectbalance.training and we will write you back with exact shipping costs.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@perfectbalance.training. All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card after a few business days. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. We are happy to refund your credit card once the order is returned back to us. Please see return policy for details.

  • What if I am ordering with an international credit card?

    The charges in your credit card will reflect the conversion from your local currency to Euros (€).

    Additionally your credit card company may charge you an internationally fee for this transaction. To find out more please check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

  • What currency is the site in?

    All our prices are in Euros (€) and we do not handle any other currency payments.

  • When will I be charged for my bill?

    We will process the payment directly to your credit card at the same moment you confirm your order on our online shop.

  • What are my payment options?

    On our online shop we only accept payment by credit/debit card. Visa and MasterCard.

  • What if the item I want to buy is out of stock?

    We will always do our best to keep our online shop as stocked as possible. If there's an item that you want that is out of stock, trust us, we are diligently working to get this item back in stock. Keep checking back!

  • Do you take phone orders?

    We will only accept orders by phone when placed for b2b purposes.

  • Do you only sell online?

    Yes, we sell our products on our online store perfectbalance.trainning. We do not currently have physical location stores.

    If you live near us, you can pick up your order in our factory for no shipping costs.
